The microUCS appliance, comes with Elastix preloaded, an Open Source unified communications solution that integrates the best available tools for IP-PBX systems in an easy to use administration interface. Some of the main features are: Auto Attendants, Voicemail, Dial-By-Name Directory, Music on Hold, Multiple Languages, Ring Groups, Call Queue, Call Waiting, Caller Display, Conference Call, Call Hold/Transfer, Call Park, Call Pickup, Automatic Fax Detection, Remote Management, Remote Extensions, and much more.

Despite being a small device, very portable and easy to handle, the microUCS features a robust metal housing with the rigidity necessary to protect against bumps and electric shocks*.
