WiFi Access Points and Grandstream Router
Since its introducction in the last edition of VoIP2DAY of its wireless access points (GWN7610) Grandstream has incorporated another equipment in this category of networks. Today we talk about news in GWN Grandstream Series: GWN7600, GWN7600LR (coming soon) and, finally, on routers, we present the new GWN7000.
WiFi Access Point: GWN7600 and GWN7610
In its catalog, Grandstream offers both high-performance devices that allow you to manage the wireless network indepently without using any hardware / software. Furthermore, It can also connect to external routers and, like the model GWN7610, is compatible with all other devices in this GWN serie of Grandstream.
In particular, this access point offers MU-MIMO 2x2:2 technology with dual beam bandwidth and expanded WiFi coverage range. In addition, other differences are the number of simultanous customers, more than 450. About its coverage range, it offers 165m unlike the GWN7610, which offers 175m. An ideal device for small and medium-siuzed businesses that are looking forward to manage their own wireless network.

Grandstream GWN7000 Router
The second devices to mention is the GWN7000, a powerful multi-WAN Gigabit VPN router, ideal for all types of businesses. It supports a complete solution of WiFi and VPN that can be shared across one or many different physical locations.
To maximize network reliability, the GWN7000 supports traffic load balancing and failover. The GWN7000 includes an integrated controller and a more automated provision that can configure and manage up to 300 GWN Series WiFi Access Point on the network.

Coming soon Grandstream will launch this LR model or "Long Range", a device specially designed to extend the WiFi coverage, ideal for outdoor solutions thanks to its waterproof cover and its heat resistant technology.
Like the GWN7600, it would come with built-in MU-MIMO 2x2:2 dual band technology with beam forming technology and sophisticated antenna designed to optimize network performance and to optimize its coverage up to 300m. We look forward to the arrival of this new WiFi access point from Grandstream.
