Avanzada 7 organizes with 3CX this new course directed to all professionals who already have knowledge in 3CX and wish to specialize in this virtual PBX for Windows 3CX Phone System. We remind you that the courses have online format so, you can learn at home of office.
Furthermore, this course has a set of online webinars taught by our expert trainer in 3CX: Antonio Luis Porcuna, VoIP engineer in Avanzada 7 and author of the blog Voipeamos.
Do you already have knowledge in Windows and IP telephony?
Although is not a mandatory requirement, we recomend that students have a basic knowledge about Windows and IP telephony and/or prevously, have coursed the online Course Introduction to 3CX (also taught by Avanzada 7). Check here other courses about 3CX.
Topics - 3CX Administrator Course
This course has been adapted to the new version 14 of the virtual PBX 3CX by our teachers. Unlike the introductory course, it will delve into new content, such as: call centers and reports, remote connections, security management, additional modules (VAD hotel), 3CX Webmeeting and WebRTC, 3CX Cloud Server MultiTenant or resolution problems.
