Become an expert in Asterisk PBX
Asterisk is one of the most widespread options in VoIP PBX that we find in the market. It's based on the open source philosophy, that is, open source and its distribution is completely free.

Digium Asterisk Fast Start Official
This basic course lasts three days and is designed to give students the skills to be an Asterisk administrator. The training mixes theory and practice to help you become familiar with the environment.
In this course we use computers with Linux System, the native platform of Asterisk and, it doesn't requiere any previous experience with the Linux environment, telephony or Digium Asterisk platform.
Digium Asterisk Advanced Official
This is the second part of the official course of Digium Asterisk. This course is the only one that prepares for dCAP certification in Spain and Portugal. Of course, keep in mind that this course does not guarantee passing the dCAP test.
It's aimed at technical personnel who already have some experience in handling Asterisk and who want to obtain a greater degree of skills and knowledge. The course is face-to-face, with theoretical and practical content and a total duration of 5 days..
Certification Exam - Official Asterisk dCAP
At the end of both courses, the student can aspire to obtain the Digium Certified Asterisk Professional that Avanzada 7 grants exclusively in Spain and Portugal and USA VoIP grants in Santo Domingo, Chile, Miami and Colombia.
This exam consists of an on-line theoretical part about the functioning of Asterisk and all related technology and a practical laboratory test where the student must configure a PBX as specified.
Obtain the official 3CX certification
The 3CX software converts any computer into a softphone to make and receive calls over the Internet. The Avanzada 7 training which you can receive your 3CX certification have the following parts:
3CX Introduction - Online training
This course allows you to begin to familiarize yourself with the 3CX environment and its format is that of online seminars or "webinar". Thus, the assistant can follow the classes from their home or wokd and with any computer.
This training lasts 3 days.
3CX Administrator - Online training
This second level allows students to gain greater skills and knowledge in order to be an expert in the management of this platform. As in the previous course, it has the webinar format and its duration is four days with online sessions that will be recorded for those who can not follow them live.
Basic and Advanced Training Partner 3CX
This is the official program of 3CX technical course for all 3CX partners. It is a free event and exclusively organized by Avanzada 7 in Spain. This course is divided into two levels: basic and advanced, both with their own program and duration.
Call Flow Designer (CFD) training for 3CX
It is aimed at those users who want to start using the CRD and where they will progressively learn the devlopment of Call Flow Designer from real and practical examples. Likewise, the agenda includes the experience of Avanzada 7 in the development and design of CFD.
To be able to access this course it is advisable, although not obligatory, to have obtained the advanced certification in the handling of 3CX. This course is face-to-face, lasts two days and is subsidized through FUNDAE.
